1. Question:Does product’s photo on website look 100% same as physical sample as well as dimensioning?

 Answer:different light’s resolution lead to online photo color look slight difference with physical           sample.Since we measured size by hand,there exist tolerance about ± 2-3mm.

Answer: USA,Germany,UK,France,Chile,Mexico,Spain,Italy,Russia,Turkey,Israel,Japan,South korea etc.country.

3.Question:Are products posted On this website all open items to sell?

Answer:No,they aren’t,most of them are open items to sell,but some of them are client’s mold and we can not sell them to you.we posted them here just show you we were ever able to manufacture such products and we welcome any similar customized project.so pls contact with us for further consulting when you are interesting in them or with your new product’s design.

4.Question:Does your products can be compliant with European&American toys safety regulation?

Answer:Yes,our products are all made of by eco-friendly material which can pass European&American toys safety standards such as En 71 Parts 1 - 2 -3,CCPSA,ASTM F963,CPSIA,CA65,Toy safety Directive(2009/48/EC),REACH,ROHS,CE,PHTHALATE,SVHC,BPA etc.

5.Question:Do you have relative product certified test report?

Answer:Yes,we have few open items certified test report,but some of them don’t have.we can supply free charge testing samples to client for testing themselves as different country have own importing testing requirement.

6.Question:If client conduct test themselves in their own laboratory and failed test,what ‘s factory solution?

Answer:First time testing fee is paid by client,if failing test,factory will pay the second time testing fee until passing test.

7.Question:How long delivery time every order?

Answer: Usually open item leadtime is 30days,if customized project,prototype sample(mock up sample) time 7-10days,opening mold time 25-30days,mass production time 30-45days base on order qty.

8.Question:Does factory offer after-sales service?

Answer:Yes,factory provide after-sales service within 15days after cargo in client’s warehouse.so pls check cargo carefully and timely when receiving cargo in destination country.
